06. CONTRIBUTOR & WRITER AGREEMENT (SUMMARY)

Applies to all individuals participating in Eucka’s collectives, page projects, or writing programs.

By joining a collective, you agree to:

• Submit your own original writing.

• Participate fully in the program requirements.

• Allow Eucka to edit your writing within the boundaries of the project style and standards.

• Give Eucka permission to publish your submission within the agreed collective project(s).

• Follow deadlines, expectations, and communication standards.

Rights You Keep:

• You retain ownership of your individual writing.

• You may share your work personally outside of Eucka unless otherwise specified.

Rights You Give:

• A non-exclusive license for Eucka to edit, publish, distribute, print, and promote the collective work.

Financial Terms:

• Compensation, royalties, or benefits (if applicable) will be stated in your specific collective’s detailed agreement.

• Contributors understand that compensation varies by project and is not guaranteed.

07. PROGRESS TRACKING & ANALYTICS

To better serve you, we track:

• Course progress

• Submission history

• Engagement (logins, clicks, assignment completion)

• Program performance and satisfaction

• Points, badges, and accomplishments

All data is used solely to improve your experience, strengthen the program, and support leadership decisions.

We do not sell or misuse this data.

08. DISCLAIMERS

Eucka provides guidance, mentorship, and opportunities—but results depend on your own commitment and action.

Not Clinical Therapy:
Our programs are spiritual and personal development experiences, not professional mental health therapy, counseling, or legal services.

Timelines & Changes:

We may adjust timelines, instructors, curriculum, features, deliverables or collective focus as needed for quality or logistics.

Program Access:
Access to certain content may depend on your subscription or membership level.

09. HONOUR SYSTEM & COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS

We uphold a culture of honour, meaning:

• You show respect to leaders, peers, and the process.

• You communicate with maturity and grace.

• You take responsibility for your actions, deadlines, and participation.

• You protect confidentiality within group settings.

Eucka reserves the right to remove anyone who breaks community guidelines, shows disruptive behaviour, or threatens the well-being of the group.

10. CONFLICT HANDLING

Our conflict resolution approach includes:

1. Private Conversation: Address concerns respectfully and directly.

2. Leadership Support: If needed, a leader will mediate.

3. Written Clarification: Agreements or instructions may be provided in writing.

4. Final Decision: Eucka leadership holds the right to make final decisions regarding conduct, participation, and program involvement.

We aim for reconciliation, understanding, and honour—but we also maintain boundaries for group safety and integrity.

Depending on your membership or program, Eucka may offer:

12. BOUNDARIES & RESPONSIBILITY (WHERE WE DRAW THE LINE)

We are committed to your growth, but we must clarify our responsibilities:

We are responsible for:

• Providing accurate program content

• Maintaining a safe community

• Offering mentorship within our scope

• Protecting your data

• Clear communication and expectations

We are NOT responsible for:

• Personal outcomes, career results, or emotional reactions

• Missed deadlines or incomplete participation

• Conflicts caused by participant behaviour

• Personal decisions outside the program

• Guaranteeing publication or future opportunities
